Victoria is a member of the Cape Farewell Board. She is a theatre director and producer who is passionate about art, and about its place at the heart of a community. She is also a dedicated tea drinker and aspiring hula-hooper.

She is Artistic Director of MAST Mayflower Studios, Southampton, and has previously worked with arts organisations including Battersea Arts Centre, The Roundhouse, artsdepot, Salisbury Playhouse, Forest Forge Theatre and Riding Lights Theatre Company. She is a founding member of Cracked Light Arts, a collective who collaborate with communities using theatre, film and digital.

Victoria works with artists and communities to create innovative projects – past favourites include: creating Nat & Vic’s Guide to Being an Independent Woman (a project about the gender economic gap) with the support of Clapham Omnibus, Battersea Arts Centre and Arts Council England; collaborating with Bryony Kimmings and national partners on The Boys Project; running Children & the Arts’ Hospice Project with artsdepot and Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice; facilitating Boys Dancing Project with Pavilion Pupil Referral Unit and Being Frank Physical Theatre; co-producing Making Routes Accessible Arts Festival with Oasis Children’s Venture, South London Gallery and Battersea Arts Centre.

Victoria has taught on the University of Roehampton’s MA in Children’s Literature. She has previously edited By Heart Poetry Book and produced the accompanying international reading tour.
