Do you care about our planet and try to express this creatively? Would you like to add your voice during the COP26 talks in November? If so, why not join internationally acclaimed ecopoet Helen Moore for a series of FREE creative writing workshops that will culminate with the opportunity to share your work during Cape Farewell’s wAteR-climaTe Festival at Lighthouse, Poole’s Centre for the Arts.

Choose from one of two field trips around Poole Harbour from 11am–2.30pm on either Monday 25 or Tuesday 26 October 2021, where you’ll be guided by Helen to develop some wild writing. Bring warm and waterproof clothes, boots, notebook and pen, a mat to sit on, and your picnic lunch.

Following the outdoor workshop, come along to Lighthouse on Saturday 6 November 2021 from 10.30am–3.30pm to workshop your new writing with Helen and rehearse it for live performance to our wAteR-climaTe Festival audience at 8pm on Wednesday 10 November in the Sherling Studio at Lighthouse.

A limited number of spaces are also available for writers who did not attend the outdoor workshops.
